I hope the 3 Monsieurs realize, that if they don’t demand to be Paid In Full by ACS, then the premise that they would receive ($9 to $11 Million, depending on the year) will have been an Affirmatively Harmful DECEPTION perpetrated on shareholders. It was a repeated public representation they made that shareholders relied upon in deciding to invest. Like so many other items, but I would guess it was the most unequivocal, clear, public representation that they made.
