Thanks, mountaineer. I really appreciate that. I don't really care too much about that anymore, as seeing UNVC propser well beyond expectations is my one and only goal now. That then provides for those around me. ANY day now I expect that to commence for us. David has been anything but silent lately and we are now a week into the 2nd quarter.
