It was not a bad idea had the facts not been misrepresented to us. It is rather obvious now that NP was giving us lip service regarding HIV BLA & hoping the circumstances of the pandemic would allow for short-cuts, EUA, & revenue( you can fix most anything with money). I would have done the same. That time has passed. Now we have to supply the data that backs up our claims. We all know it is safe, so does the FDA (a regulatory body). It is like looking both ways & running the traffic light.
Given the time& resources it is taking now that we are actually addressing it, just what was Mahboob supposed to do minus data or resources to get it?
It was worth a shot (covid EUA). It did get us further down the road, gained us allies, notoriety,
data, etc...
Now is the time to play it straight(which is what we are doing). We have what we need to do so(thanks NP). I don't see any harm coming from investor antics or venting so long as the company is not involved.
