Yes, and the management team knows that too. They will win big by growing the company and shareholder value. They have a significant number of common shares, and they know they can generate huge personal wealth by growing the company as opposed to selling it at a tiny fraction of it's potential. I agree with all of you that there's a time (and a price) when buyout offers make sense, so it's very possible at some point in the future, but not likely the near future. We don't need a buyout to make nice returns, just growth.
