"Here is what I found through my experience. I have ongoing back pain issues. First thing I did is tape this to my back and wear it around for a day. It definitely helped. Of course because it works so well I begin to doubt and wonder if it is a bit of a placebo affect. So then I tried it on my shoulder. I slept with it on my shoulder. The light woke me up so in needed to cover the little green light that tells me it is on. I received my 1st and 2nd injections for my vaccine.
