Regnum was created to carry on the partnership agreement is what I understood. As for dissolving the partnership. A buy out of their rights could be possibly but should be reportable as a material event. Why look now for a domestic partner without reporting of a dissolved partner?
As for milestone payments. The BLA fee of 18 million is the only out of pocket cost to Regnum and it was speculated they would raise cash for that as a new company. All other milestone payments would be a splitting of revenue from sales with some requirements of Regnum to educate and advertise in their share of revenue. This makes it all easily attainable for Regnum.
