I took logic classes in school
They didn't teach logic in my biology classes though
If Dr. Arad is the smartest person on the planet who not only is a genius in her field, but one of the smartest business persons on this planet...

Didn't she not know about the 'liabilities' and debt or is she smart enough to actually read filings vs message boards, eh?
