you can look back at my past posts - i said 2 months ago the silence was not because there was a partnership in the works. there was not - that is crystal clear at this point - the silence was a function of the regulatory fallout in addition to them trying to figure out the financial situation. that is still the case today.

I'm happy to come back in a month or so to review. not bashing, just calling it like i see it.
