Idk how that’s possible when we just hired someone? I don’t know how buyouts work but I don’t believe that is happening.
The call was definitely odd, it seemed as if they were worried. I don’t blame them could be simple, but then I thought about what Dr Kelly said about the NDA. Listen I know NDAs aren’t that uncommon and could only mean negotiations but it just seemed obvious they can’t say anything bc of it.
Not once has Dr Kelly said NDA. It was pretty obvious to me after the call that they can’t say rly much of anything. I think the decision being made are way beyond Kelly, Recknor ect.
Someone else has been calling the shots lately. It’s not our team. HIV can be fixed, it was also discussed via Np that we planned on stopping the trial extension. So HIV isn’t dead, it just sounds like we are looking at a better approach for the drug given the way the market has changed. Consolidation of resources is important and i think we want to save shares to sell to the market when the time is right.
I’ve been wrong so much as of late with all the guesses but personally I believe we have a partner or two that wants some of what we have to offer.
