"Not according to the honorable US District court Judge Wolf of the Boston courthouse."
We haven't heard from him yet. If he signs the proposed judgment it confirms that he finds that fraud occurred.
Nonsense. Where in the proposed order is there a finding that fraud occurred? That's right, nowhere. You are making it up. Under the proposed order, the parties are waiving their rights to both factual findings and conclusions of law, and the order itself contains no such findings. Got a link that says a judge's approval of a settlement constitutes a finding in favor of one party to the settlement? Of course you do not.

The commission has already passed judgment on a settlement that says ""Defendants engaged in a scheme to commit securities and accounting fraud by stating materially false and inaccurate financial information on the financial statements of JBI, Inc. for two reporting periods during 2009."
Nonsense again. Where in the settlement documents does it state the language you have quoted? That's right, nowhere. You are again making it up. Or more precisely, you are quoting from the Complaint, but then misrepresenting that it is the "settlement that says" that language.

That's fraud.
Hmmmmmm......
