perhaps not a good idea to view "multiple ndas" as good news.
any comprtent bio startup should be holding business development meetings with multiple potential partners at all times because starup bios always have cash problems. these development discussions should always be covered with ndas.
an essential part of business development at a startup bio is a steady stream of ndas and subsequent development discussions with potential.
these "ndas" should have been taking place for years.
its not good news that cydy suddenly has lots of ndas. its bad news because the announcement means that cydy didnt have these discussions ongoing before now.
i suspect that the first step of the new ceo will be to get rid of kelly.
