Part of me wishes we'd just handed 5000 free vials

Part of me wishes we'd just handed 5000 free vials to Gilead and said "go for it" right at the beginning of the pandemic. Let them prove out the MOA of Leronlimab, take a big chunk of profits, and by now we'd be known worldwide and the other indications would have trials well underway.

Hindsight is both 20/20 and nauseating.
