I am looking at picking up more shares as well. I also agree that they are pretty much doing things by the book here. And that the annual report will be very forth telling and will hold very good information. I for one think it will probably be filed before the April 15 extension date, but not at the end of that timeline. I would think next week sometime or maybe the Monday or Tuesday before the 15th. I think the market will absorb the info tomorrow and probably recognize that there is something coming and bounce some in the morning. Anything below a penny is a buy in my book now. Heck, anything below .03 should be a huge steal! We will see what happens, but very positive development with the extension filing imo.
