Agree that Amarex debacle & subsequent finger pointing in the presence of the FDA was not a good look. Unresolved it would provide a history of incompetence & with all the possibilities in so many indications I can understand why this needs to be cleaned up, now. IMO, the company is doing a great job of hiring the right people& changing the narrative. It will take time & given the recent forward-looking statements, I do not expect that many will come away with a giddy feeling tomorrow. It seems that the company will go out of it's way not to imply any kind of success. I do feel that this pause will bring tremendous opportunities going forward.
My interpretation of Brazil is that they feel DSMB may recommend stopping trials & seeking EUA.
