My take on all this (IMO): Well, it sure looks like the Amarex Audit produced data that was significantly FUBAR or at least that's the only logical reason that I can come up with. If this is true, then the FDA must wonder what is the true results of our other trials? I sure do hope to hear something revealing about the Amarex audit and the results of that audit, or at least something along the lines that we cannot comment on an ongoing criminal investigation. What a cluster of yuck. On the bright side, we have reached a point in the Brazil Covid trials where the data can be evaluated ("the Company elected to pause its Brazil COVID-19 trials pending results from its previously scheduled data safety monitoring committee meeting". I'm guessing this data will then be used to support any FDA approval to continue the COVID trials (again, I'm assuming Amarex really screwed the pooch on this one too). Nothing about NASH or TNBC or Cancer Basket Trials. We still have our golden egg laying chicken. I think the hiring of Sidley Austin will start to come to the forefront going forward as the damage assessment that has been ongoing, most likely resulted in our management informing the FDA of it's findings, and the FDA is doing what it should do. If this is all due to Amarex, then at least we know there is something potentially criminal going on and a gigantic lawsuit will be in the works. Here's hoping this management knows how to play the game to win... Stay Strong And LONG!!! Personally, I like to buy low and sell high... If it's on sale, I'm buying more.
