So the hold on CYDY COVID US trials is a non-issue since they were not enrolling or doing much of anything else.
The HIV partial hold is odd and I don't understand it. I suppose that CYDY continuing to provide an unapproved drug to people has run out it's clock as far as FDA is concerned. It does not necessarily reflect poorly on the drug as much as it does Pourhassan's failure to get it approved. Plus the trials were sort of in limbo so not really bad news other than for the folks still getting the drug.
The Brazil trials, meh - they didn't seem to be working anyway, so they won't be missed.
