Laundry and Shelly, Thank you both for your res

Thank you both for your response. Generally speaking, It sounds as if the PPS will basically adjust upto the share price the acquirer is valuing the purchase at, and then perhaps fluctuate up/down slightly until the smoke clears and the true value is obvious to the big money players.
I do believe a BO will be entertained by this company (whether it is eminent or not remains the big question). I feel better prepared from your answers regarding my options to sell or hold and a time frame from which to do so.... Thanks
Shelly,
I too feel if good news is on our footstep, then today may be the last we see such a low buy-in opportunity. As of today I bought 10,000 more shares. (and that's all she wrote for me)! I am in up to my chin.
One final question, (if you will indulge me)
Is a partnership looked at as the same as a BO, regarding how it affects the PPS?
ie. BP contributes a certain amount of funding for treatment by Leronlimab for a particular disease process (Let's say for NASH). And then that sum of money contributed, establishes a PPS based when compared to the company's overall worth?
