I know some are not blown away by the news...but let's be realistic and put things in perspective. THIS IS BIG. Doc is finally forming this huge company and putting all the pieces of the puzzle together. This was another important piece that needed to be filled. You cant form a conglomerate without the right pieces in place. And notice he did it before quarter 1 closed and notice he did it EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
