TYTN "CEO Mailbag" Update
June 28, 2012
Here are a few investors’ questions and answers :
-Mark, just curious as to when we will begin seeing dealership growth?
We have lots of inquiry on implements, crawlers and tractors. Dealer & Retail implement sales have been good. We have several new items that are bringing buyers to us, such as the two new chipper models, grapple, log splitters and the huge variety we have in stock. We have several dealers who want the big tractors in 120-130 hp; however there are no EPA engines that are matched to our tractors at the moment. They are in the testing process, to be approved . The smaller tractor samples are arriving in the next 30 days (pictured below). Dealers will be visiting Kalama at that time to plan purchases. These 4wd Tractors are very much improved beyond any that we have sold previously. The orange tractor will be the strongest & most rugged small tractor on the market. (35-45 hp) Perfect for the homeowner, small acreage farmer and commercial users. The blue is our new 60 hp.
We have Dealers planning to see the New Crawlers, at the same time as they come to see the New 4WD tractors, when they arrive. There will be cases where we appoint one dealer in an area to carry our 4wd tractors and another to handle the Crawlers. Some dealers are not equipped to service Crawlers.
We are currently sending dealer packets to the dealers who have inquired. The Dealers fill out and answer several key questions, so that we can better evaluate their ability to be a strong dealer for Tytan. We also ask for pictures of their site, mechanics backgrounds, sales history, and financials etc.
-Does Tytan have any plans to open any additional Tytan-owned stores?
Yes we do. Tytan has property that we are considering. We have many projects in process, but this is an item of high importance. We do want to buy the property in this favorable market. The key criteria is location . The lot size and an indoor showroom (like Kalama has) are high on our list. We will open a second store when the right situations are present.
One shareholder has asked me to be on a talk show and the other asked me to be in a live phone chat with Shareholders. We do plan to be involved in these as we get a little further along .

Dear Shareholders,
I have had some very disturbing Ihub postings sent to me the last few days. They have a very familiar "deceitful" tone to them. The are totally untrue statements that are aimed at hurting your stock value. Many of the Chinese factories I have dealt with for over 20 years, communicate often with me. Just as an importer in the US wants to make the right contacts in China, the Chinese factories want to verify they are dealing with successful and honorable people. We send emails to each other very often. Many of these people have stayed in my home. The statements quoted that were supposedly from YTO are not true and the wording is totally out of their character. Here is a brief excerpt from an email I received last night.
Dear Mark,
Nice to hear from you !
Thanks for your concern to my daughter, now she plans to fly to US on Sep 6th, at that time we will contact you, maybe need your help. Thankyou
About Mitch Bogden, we are very strange to this person, I also asked my colleagues, they all never heard of him. So YTO have no commuincation to this person. We will notify you if we do get any.
Thanks and best regards,
YTO

As many of you know, the EPA engine approvals are what have held us up with YTO. They are in the midst of getting engines approved for the tractors we seek. Tytan has had several contacts from several places in the world, wanting dealerships. Attached is a buyer from Libya, who just visited. We have had several other such contacts that are coming from our web site and from Chinese factories.
Mark

Below are recent Shareholder questions ;
1) I know you stated in your previous email you know "little to nothing" about the Ault deal. Can you confirm that Milton Ault is not associated in any way with Tytan.
- Milton Ault has no contact or association with Tytan Holdings, Tytan International Inc, Tytan Leasing or Mark Leonard, directly or indirectly. Nor has he at any previous time.
- Milton Ault has no shares of our stock from my previous inquiry to the TA .
2) There seems to be big concern about your preferred shares being converted. The share structure is very desirable right now, but we all see there is very little to work with if you needed to raise capital.
There has been NO Discussion or Planning of any Preferred Shares being converted !
