Principals of Wealth Research Group own CAD$1.44M worth of shares (1.163M shares) and I want to update that this morning the company announced that it is raising a minimum of C$10,000,000, in order to fund expansion, to continue to develop a user app, to evaluate and pursue potential strategic acquisitions, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
