Private meeting to decide on RS?? Shareholders in the dark until over a month later.
Reading that 14c filing...didn't it feel good to see the vote took place Feb 18th and you all didn't find out until March 26th when it was conveniently filed.
Too bad you all didn't have the same inside information back in February to be able to make better investment decisions.
Wonder who got to vote to approve the RS option within the next 12 months?
