Yeah I seriously doubt you will get any response from a regulator or a company officer at this point. Finra is the regulatory agency that matters most in regards to CRGP. They decide the corporate actions and approve 15-2c11. Any reviews needed were probably conducted already. I simply believe we are at the mercy of the market environment that encourages the higher valuation of commodities to secure a launchpad for CRGP to reveal its financials to the world and then go private to end the madness! This game is about timing and precision. Nobody can give an exact time frame but a trend of events/actions allows some understanding of where the chess pieces are on the board.
It sucks to wait but I rather wait for higher probability of outcomes then waist time guessing when something will occur. At the end of the day, we believe we have check mate....our opponent has not layed down their queen yet. (Institutional Algorithm still in control = example is consistent 19 second transactions from the open)
- Interest Rate Cycle has begun to put pressure on debt in the market
- Margin calls already started in the commodities market
- Metals are in high demand for asset protection
- DOJ has active investigations hinting at RICO measures on Short Sellers
- CRGP State and Federal court dockets illustrate all the information a
shareholder needs to understand about its current position.
- The SEC has no power or relevance here. Finra, CRGP, and
the TA have all the power
- When this Monster wakes up....all shareholders will have an amazing
