In other words PanAm Inc's A/S will disappear
(which either were never issued thats my guess-or private-) and be replaced by current CWRN share structure of 6B A/S, 4.361B O/S and ca 2.3B float-CWRN's name will change to Pan American Mineral Ventures Inc but CWRN's current share structure will remain the same.
So the only change noted in the PR is the name change-down the road there may be a reduction in shares to qualify for a higher exchange but theres nothing in the PR to indicate that will happen now-so that is in the future
Remember the name change was approved by the 11-20-10 BOD meeting as noted by the 11-22-10 PR Sunny just posted and was finally put into motion as per Nev Sec of State 11-10-11 -the name consent noted 11-10-11. Good practice requires PR'ing actual name change even though 11-22-10 PR noted the BOD approval-so they did that in the last PR.
For current stockholders I guess it can be temporarily confusing, but moving forward, having the parent and the Mex operating sub w same names (other than the different legal suffixes used by the USA vs Mex) is less confusing.
Once decision to focus mining on PanAmerican geographical area was made years ago this course was set-law requires co's names to reflect what they do-even though current name would still be legal imo, the new name better reflects operations and in long term will be less confusing to new investors.
