I'm just not going to bother dignifying him with a response about how many times he's been wrong and claimed the company is just another dark Chinese company that won't file anything ever again...and then they file.
I'm trying not to get too excited about this filing anyway, it could just be the same standard stuff that they have to file to keep current. But their latest article about 2 enterprises ready to go and "just around the corner" encourages me that the wait will be days or weeks, not months.
