The idea that they're not going to file and keep current is ridiculous at this point, and has been for some time. This is the same narrative that was being pushed in September ahead of the SEC deadline and again in November ahead of the Q3 due date. The company filed both times.
Then they filed a Supplemental Information report (8k equivalent) a month ago when they paused the ticker change attempt to let all of us know. If they were just going to walk away, they would have done it at that point.
Then just about 10 days ago they talked about the EGOC ticker in China with the "just around the corner language).
Enough already with the "empty shell never going to file" and the "ok, they filed last time but they're not going to file THIS time" nonsense.
