Joe has always been an "amateur" CEO wanabe, given the benefit of the doubt .... unfortunately he fooled us all. Called shareholders idiots, stupid, scum , buffoons etc ..... and at the same time his biggest asset ..... .....
If you read his Bio it doesn't show any Pharma Management references just a list of Pharma companies probably looked up by googling "pharma".
He must have known and kept quiet business went south and now the big question remains who controlled the diluted share $$$ and the millions from China. Did he transfer li-key IP and walked away with the $$$$??? Obviously Joe's questionable integrity proves he is hiding to avoid shareholders and address concerns including delayed Q's/K filings . It also shows his poor Due-diligence of FDA Vaccine process/approval and cost. It's also time for Mark Corrao (CFO) to clarify the financial status of GNBT Holding including explanation of funds received and General administration expenses.
