If SA thought they could prove it was intentional as readily as you seem to think it was, the lawsuit would take a whole other turn PLUS there would be other parties involved, because Amarex would have had to have done it intentionally for a third party. Amarex doesn't benefit on its own from leronlimab not being approved.
