NEW YORK, March 23, 2022 -- Starfleet Innotec Inc. (OTC Pink: SFIO) ("SFIO" or “The "Company"
today announced that the Company has withdrawn its 1-A Registration Statement that was previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" . The Registration Statement has not been declared effective by the SEC, and no securities have been sold in connection with the offering described in the Registration Statement.
Jeths Lacson, CEO of Starfleet Innotec, stated, "After carefully evaluating SFIO market conditions since submitting Form 1-A on December 20, 2021, and in the best interest of our shareholders, we have decided to withdraw the Form 1-A Offering statement based our recent advancements in our core operations.”
“These recent advancements reinforce our optimism around Epiphany Cafe’s US expansion plans, Gorgeous Coffee’s US distribution and Branding activities, and the ongoing development of our International Real Estate and Medical Tourism projects. In these regards, we are on track and in many areas far exceeding our expectations,” he said.
Lacson says the Company intends to resubmit Form 1-A to better align the short-term strategy with Starfleet's expansion plans, towards enabling a viable and economical long-term approach.
