you are totally right, Cytodyn could have an FDA approval by now if the BLA was filed correctly. The point i was making was about the reasoning for the silence from Cytodyn for the past 2 months. My opinion is that the FDA does not like any publicity about a drug and its trial results during there review process and that is why Cytodyn is being extra careful. It is not just the actual BLA, it is also the publicity the company must do to raise funds to pay for the trials that the FDA is slamming the company with.
