Agree.
If the company is doing well, they could still pursue a share buyback. PPS growth beyond a certain point is unrealistic with 2.7B shares. If I were buying back shares and could only afford so much, maybe I would want my PPS lower (unfortunately at the cost of longs)... Speculation of course.
