I agree, the NASH data is interesting. It is hard to understand why Cytodyn would want to keep the results to themselves, I would think they would want to PR it ASAP. The only reason I can think of is that there plan was to compile the results and send them to the FDA and get guidence for getting a BTD. I would assume the silence about this is a big part of letting the FDA have this process done completely the way they want it. Once the BTD is given, then there will be a PR. I also think this is smart because negotiations to get a partner is better when you have a drug with BTD already. the next step in Nash has always been stated that the next phase is with a partner - no going at it alone. (same with cancer)

The guess is when do we think they handed over the data to the FDA? could have been right around Xmas and they have been going back and forth with the FDA this whole time. Could be we are somewhere in the 60 days for the FDA to decide on BTD.

I think we all have to get use to the new way where the FDA knows first and the stock holders second. No more carrots in front of us.
