So, a few things, I'd agree she's badass and I am personally very happy she joined Todos and 3CL Pharma.
I would disagree agree wholeheartedly that she is "the" gem, one of the gems sure, I'll even agree to that.
You're here for the science as you say. And cancer is of interest to you as well, but you haven't mentioned Todos' cancer diagnostics. Videssa™, TM - B2, B1 & C1 or even

Last question I have for you is, are you concerned with the amount of hours she's working? I mean how will she divide her time between Todos and 3CL Pharma?
Will that give her any time to work on her personal patents?

I have more questions now, why do you say she's being "locked up"?
I imagine now that Gerald landed the deal that she will be speaking more publicly. But that will be seen.
She was in a delicate situation and couldn't speak much on 3CL Pharma or even what her role was going to be at Todos prior to the deal closing.
I could see Gerald as CEO being blamed 100 % and at fault for not closing the deal, but it's all Dr. Arad doing that the deal did close?
Then in you follow up you are saying she's now not the gem but Dr. Leon is just a Gem worthy?
So, todos has 2 Gems ?
Personally I say yes, he is an absolute Gem to the company as well.
I imagine Dr. Arad getting a seat on the board of at least one of the companies will happen as well
I would add another Gem, Lauren Chung.
I think altogether the science and talent Todos has it makes it a powerhouse of a company.
Now with 3CL Pharma it just adds octane to the valuation which has been reassessed.
