I’m confused isn’t the FDA just there to make sure drugs are safe and help people ? If this was the conversation that took place then we have bigger issues. I don’t think it’s the FDAs job to tell us how a company wants to distribute information to the public or its shareholders. Seems overreaching.

It’s like a company saying, “hey we might have the cure for cancer”. Then the FDA response, “no no no no. Stop talking a let us decide if you are welcome to the big boys club. Actually a matter of fact it could mess up a huge market and people will lose money. Let’s keep this our secret…”

Also let’s not forgot they are the ones to blame for CD12 bc they couldn’t allow us to do the trial the way Dr Jay wanted to. The FDA is a joke, so ya I’d have some words for them to if I were working for Cytodyn. I’ll give them credit for something. Oh let’s see the massive failure of finding safe and effective drugs for Covid….
