Do you have DD? What big news? What is it a big secret or insider information? If you want us all buying then come out with it.  I've heard there is an X factor  Speculation is between a foreign country, TECO and Warren's group. Maybe TNC/Pistol is involved as well because TECO sure as hell isn't going to drill any holes.

Is it complete? NO!

Is it close? NO

Can the agreements, contracts, and monies fail at the last minutel? YES

Does TECO have a good track record for completing anything? NO

Do we probably have another two years before completion if they do complete it? YES

If I'm wrong then I'll chase the PPS before taking another chance based on board posts and PR's.  Been here 2.5 years and I've had enough with the BS.
