subsequent events p51-(x) Approximately $8,707,000 was collected through the Company’s DSPP program during the period January 1, 2022 through March 15, 2022. This amount excludes cash received in early January which was shown as a receivable at December 31, 2021.
1 person bought 85% of issued stock in 2020 i believe and 2 ppl bought ca 65% of issued stock in 2021- will have to check when i have time
donald ellis i would assume is the 85% issued stock in 2020 and maybe 1 of the 2 in 2021 -would have to check other things
why not - stock so cheap last 2 years resulting in a lot of dilution -ca 434M shares now?
which could encourage a hostile takeover bid
months ago they already made revisions to bylaws - the latest revisions made feb 14 but not published until recently - i havent seen the published rendition yet due to time constraints- seemed unusual and to be the result of a lot of pondering
and may indicate at least 2 pondered possibilities
- if a commercial discovery is made -possible hostile takeover- new changes help co deal w such a possibility - to my knowledge ZN has no poison pill-and dont know how they could without having a protected class of voting stock restricted to management - of which there is NO such class as of present- but it possible to see a motion to create such to deal w such a threat if mgmt sees such a threat coming
if no commercial discovery-
the latest bylaw amendments help the co deal w unpopular restructuring options - such as a reverse split- a co such as zn should not have such a ridiculously low pps -which encourages late coming speculators to gobble up vast amounts of stock prep to possible takeover bid
8.7M collected via dspp program is an astounding amount of shares at such a low pps in just 2.5 months=ppl speculating due to such a low pps which increases the reward side of the risk reward ratio for late comers but hurts those who paid ca 2.30 to 10 dollars pps before the shorting cartel incited the sec to start the formal inquiry ca june 2018- of which there have been no reported conclusions-but sec does not normally publicly note the end to an investigation(even when a judge formally dismisses all charges)-leaving companies and investors to keep wondering-which imo is not a nice way to operate- but prosecutors tend to believe everybody is guilty and everybody needs to be punished for just breathing -whether proven or not - just my and many others opinions
and at same time such a low pps discourages honest non-penny stock investors
