Dr. Dorit Arad, PhD, will serve as Chief Technology Officer of 3CL Pharma. Dr. Arad brings extensive experience and access to discoveries related to the development and commercialization of new chemical entities targeting the 3CL protease.
Salaries each of $240K
Stock options minimum of 40,000,000 shares or $1.6M RSUs split between them
Lot of incentive there
Todos sp goes to .10, that's $2M each for them. At $1, $20M each. Payday!
Dr. Dorit Arad offered a minimum of 60 months employment
Mr. Avraham Marilus offered a minimum of 24 months employment
I'm assuming NCL Pharma won't really exist once all the terms are complete.
Looks to me like everyone is 'all in' and why not. They would know more than anyone the value and opportunity of Tollovir/vid/test.
Now if Dr. Dorit Arad started tweeting Gerald everyday, then I'll start worrying.
