I didn’t find anything yesterday. My guess is that he/she had an email exchange with Danforth or the company and they said something that led to the inference that some information would come out soon.
I emailed the company back in August or September to inquire about getting current before the SEC deadline and their response was polite but didn’t really tell me anything other than that they were working on it.
I had an exchange with Danforth about a month ago that didn’t really tell me much either. I asked her about FINRA and to pass along to the company that shareholders would like an update. A week or 2 later they put out the filing about putting the ticker change on hold. I don’t know if the timing of our exchange and the update were coincidence or not.
I haven’t emailed either of them a lot but they are good about not divulging material non-public information. And I never asked them to. Which is really good. I have seen on other boards where people say they have contacted CEO’s who said a whole more privately than they should.
So it’s good our insiders are on the up and up here.
Other than that, it’s less than 2 weeks until the end of the month when the Annual is due, so it really is only a matter of days, not months before an update.
The only thing I didn’t like about what Heavenbound said was saying « something was revealed this morning « but when asked to reveal it said « wish I could. » To me it’s better to not say anything than to make a statement then not back it up.
