See, this is where rank speculation can take any or all of us if we let it. Not one of us has any real knowledge of what is going on at this moment. We pontificate, we surmise, we guess.
Whether our C-Suite team and BOD are in final dotting of I's and crossing of T's in a significant partnership or what they believe is an acceptable buyout, or are in protracted and ongoing negotiations with creditors and suppliers (that could also be partners),m we simply do not know.
We all seem to profess absolute confidence in our science, and want to see us get our molecule to market.
If Craig chooses to believe there is ZERO reason to believe we are in the middle of a bidding war, let him. Personally, I think it is as likely we have competing potential suitors and there is already an agreement in place with Samsung that buys us time as there is to accept his pronouncement.
