That was the same deciding factor for me. Pulled posts and a almost 400.00 renewal coming up in a week. Got on the phone toot sweet and called their a$$$ up and canceled. Let the guy on the phone have an ear full although it wasn't his fault.
They'll never get another cent off of me..........
