It takes at least 30 days for Financials to be compiled and released and since Dr Dalton has posted that "lots has happened in Q1" - in my opinion it will probably take at least 40 days to compile all the Q1 financials including "mergers and acquisitions".
This takes us to May 10 to May 16 [since May 15 is a Sunday]
If it is necessary to released Audited Financials - depending on how Dr Dalton is "merging his companies" then Thursday May 12 or Friday May 13 are the most likely days - in my opinion.
