It's not. Not really relevant to us. The court Chazzle cited appears to think you need paper shares in order to nominate, not merely ownership. Let's see if the court of appeal agrees with this one, might be going too far. Think he merely posted it because it cited to the Rosenbaum CytoDyn case. No real relevance to CytoDyn, not related to CytoDyn or any current case with CytoDyn.
