George Sharp ticker updates:
GOFF. Pink Current. 3:1 forward split in the works with FINRA, they said 3 months to process. Stable up to date filings. Obstacle court date on 5/18 with Calasse. Not losing any sleep over it per Sharp.
SRNW. Form 10 just refiled. 60 day OTC Pink Current timer starts again on this day. If form 10 is accepted, automatically Pink Current in 60 days.
GVSI. Need to still petition court for unassigned shares, either designate them or cancel them, whichever the best decision by the court to allow a valid Form 10 refiling.
Some updates on Frank Igwealor tickers:
VNTH. Pink Current. Waiting for a new CEO/business direction.
NWTT. New CEO just took over. Custody closed. Frank is still on the board, good news. OTCM updates today Verified Profile, 3/2022. Could easily be 2022 runner.
DRNG. Waiting for updates at this one. One of the first of Frank's tickers. Couldn't find anything out there but on mobile not much to research right now. Will look more.
ILIM. Waiting for new CEO to take over. Had plans but entity backed out. Share reduction and Authorized Shares reduced also. A prime ticker, expect it to be a huge runner in 2022.
ICNM. Gaining steam, there is word of a deal in the works. The share structure isn't as great as the last 4, but could be a great 2022 runner.
Those are what I'm looking at now for 2022 gains.
A few others: watch SAPX (Jason Black), SUTI (Vakser)
Play them on the ups and downs, watch the entire market. All them should go through a pump. Ride them take profit and go on to the next.
Try to stay away from the SEC filer OTC diluter tickers. Too many to name, so I'll refrain from the negativity.
Trade the Alternative Filers, best bets on the bottom OTC Market. Hey I might make a stupid talking video this weekend more on that. Stay tuned.
