Considering he's never met a single deadline, rational thinking would suggest this person would of been fired years ago!! But Considering he's his own boss, there's no one to hold him accountable.
This has nothing to do with emotions and everything to do with pointing out he doesn't do what he says he will do.
There's no arguing these facts and anyone who does is in serious denial.
