Hello all.  I am not certain what is going on with HIMR today.  Interestingly, on the news today they were talking about the housing recovery particularly in the Denver area, and said all the houses being built were all pre-sold --- sometimes a year in advance.  Obviously, most homes are built with wood, and in my opinion, the beauty and warmth of most homes is largely imparted by wood trim, flooring, cabinets, and wainscoting.  So any recovery in housing would naturally bode well for HIMR.

I suspect much of the price action we are now witnessing could be the result of a new realization that the financials are still a long way off (end of April or maybe even the beginning of June).  And, this may mean some are wondering if news is also a ways off.  I personally hope that is not true, but it could account for yesterday's and today's action.  I intend to use this opportunity to buy additional shares.  However, other's might wait to see if shares can be purchased cheaper.

I did e-mail HIMR yesterday asking for the latest date they could file and still remain PinkSheets current, but no response yet.  I don't know what else we can do but wait.  I will try to post research if I can find something relevant.
