1. Abruptly and without warning fire the CEO just after he re-elected
2. Go dark after telling shareholders that NASH and cancer numbers are forthcoming.
3. Go dark when everyone knows that the company is running on fumes financially.
4. Abruptly cancel a shareholder update meeting where we were supposed to be updated on multiple fronts.
This isn't bashing, soft or otherwise, it is fact based and the reason that we are ALL concerned, and if you are not concerned, then you really don't understand the situation. We WANT to believe good things are coming, but it sure as hell is taking a VERY long time and there is too much silence on every front. Don't be blaming lawyers blindly for silence as broad as this.
