I googled "DARPA AND QUANTUM DOTS" or "NRL quantum dots"
and there were too many links to go through.
Government is bigtime into quantum dot projects.
Problem is always quantity, efficiency, and environmental resistance.
QMC reactors solve that problem. Time will tell.
