Sound like a delicate flower, but they OK when JPeckehead stamps all over their garden?
For no reason?
Not sure how many times a RS has to be discussed and people get bent each time they bring it up as if it was the first time it's been discussed.
Those that get all bent, maybe create a FAQ for new investors instead of crying. As you learn things, add them to the FAQ. You'd get a ton of respect than.
These are 'investors' that have been around a while too. I guess I sort of get it as they can't even remember when earnings are even though it's also been said a number of times and actually quicker to do a google search than to keep asking. They could put that in the FAQ too.
Gerald has said many times, there would be no RS at these levels. Who in their right mind would RS a .03 stock? The only way a RS would work is if you had a ton of revenues or solid product(s) that would drive revenue shortly after you uplisted.
You can't uplist and then do something years from now. WE ALL know that, but doesn't stop people that either are new to investing or way over their skis to want to bring it up every week. If they didn't figure it out yet, that is in the official Assclown playbook for all stocks...
1. Bring up RS weekly
2. Bring up Dilution weekly
3. Mention the stock is going to trips
4. Call the CEO names
5. Tell everyone how you can run the company better
6. Respond to everyone that mentions a short-term catalysts that... it will never happen
7. Bring up RS weekly
See, it's even in there twice
I wouldn't' even ask...at want sp would you RS?
Better question:
What milestones would you complete before uplisting?
Penny traders like to speak to everything based on the sp. The sp is going to .01. The sp is going to a $1. But they don't even know what that means or what would trigger that. In their head it's all relative to the current sp. It's like clay in every video saying the sp might go up, the sp might go down. Yeah, no shit genius. Don't need to take your $2K class to here that garbage.
Smart investors see it different.
So what milestones should be completed before uplisting, is what true investors should be thinking and oh, it has nothing to do with the sp.
I can rattle off a bunch and only need a few or depending on which one, only one to hit. Whether the sp is at .10 or a $1 in that case, the RS wouldn't matter.
Now you have a few CytoDyn followers as mods there. I hope CytoDyn can take off as they have drugs in a number important areas in phase II & III. But it would be the same question for any stock including CytoDyn, what milestones would need to be completed before uplisting. Today they have very little revenue and could be a death sentence if that wasn't one of them. I could tell you what I would need to see before investing a penny there but this is the Todos board anyway.
