Yep, just as I stated last year...he wants to settle ALL lawsuits prior to Filing. Important to note that these lawsuits do not need to be completed, just noted in the filing. So why he's doing it this way is beyond me.
But as I also stated, no form 10 this month bc of that.
Not sure we will get myflix this year tbh...he continues to miss the simplest deadlines.
