Audited Quarterly Financials take a minimum of 30 days for any Company per my Corporate Accountant Friend.
Complex new Audited Q1 Financials for UNVC could easily need all 45 days.
[My friend worked on a company emerging out of Chapter 11 and the Quarterly Financials took much closer to 60 days working 14 hour days].
45 days from the end of March 31 = (April has 30 days and then 15 days in May (May 15th is a Sunday) = Monday May 16
Until we see Form 10 that once again registers UNVC with the SEC - UNVC is still "technically dark" and Dr Dalton can make "any moves" without filing any paperwork to inform the shareholders.
Once we see Form 10 - then "any move" needs an Official Filing.
