the negative sentiment created is without accusation to board members here; but to those who arent informed enough to recognize the difference between "dilution" and justified expense in exchange for shares. no that's not another way of posing this..
dilution without knowing where the money has gone is bad. but as we know in otc land flippers love to use this to feed and get unsuspecting investors to sell.
knee jerk reactions often come with a heavy price. best to evaluate and put into perspective before judging.
nothing has changed with the company except massive acquisitions and partnerships.. come on Q1!!
